I, like so many women who come to my studio, have struggled with loving myself, my body. We as women are our own worst critics and that inner voice can be harsh. As I was approaching my 40th birthday I was having an inner crisis about where I was in life. It was then that I decide that I was no longer going to that negative inner voice dictate my happiness. That pivotal moment ignited my mission to help women rediscover their beauty and strength. At the heart of my work is a core value: to help other women love themselves, to see their beauty, and to recognize their worth. In my private, women-run studio in New Market, VA, I create a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel at ease, allowing your true self to shine. I believe that every woman deserves to feel confident and celebrated, and I’m dedicated to helping you embrace your unique story through the lens of empowerment and self-love.
